Delete your Ramble account

Deleting your Ramble account deletes the account and every ramble it owns. It can't be undone. You can do it yourself in the app or on the web, where it happens immediately, or ask us by email.

In the Android app

Open Settings, tap Delete account under Account, and confirm. The app is signed out afterwards. Recordings still stored on your phone stay on your phone; delete them there if you want them gone too.

On the web

Sign in at ramble.sh with the same Google account, open Your rambles, choose Delete account at the bottom of the page, and confirm.

By email

Write to hello@kiruna.ai from the address you sign in with and ask us to delete your account. We'll do it and confirm within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your account: your name, email address and Google account ID.
Every ramble the account owns, whether you recorded it on the web while signed in or uploaded it from the app: the video, the screenshots, your voice, the transcript, the findings and any notes, and the file you uploaded. A link to one of them afterwards only says it was deleted.
The app's sign-in on every phone you used, which is signed out.
Any copy of those rambles we set aside to improve Ramble.

What isn't

Rambles recorded without signing in. They belong to no account; delete one from its own page with Hold to delete everything.
Any copy someone already downloaded, and recordings still stored on your phone.
A model already trained on a recording, which can't be untrained.
Server logs, which we keep for a limited time.
