Ramble Terms of Service

Effective September 24, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Kiruna Labs, Inc. ("we", "us") about your use of Ramble: ramble.sh, and the Ramble apps when they connect to ramble.sh. By using Ramble, for example by recording, uploading or signing in, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you use Ramble for an organisation, you confirm that you're allowed to agree on its behalf.

1. Who can use Ramble

You must be at least 18.

2. Ramble is a preview

Ramble is new and free for now. It will change, may have bugs or downtime, and we may add limits, start charging (we'll tell you first) or stop offering it. Don't rely on it as the only copy of anything.

3. Your recordings

As between you and us, you own what you record and upload, and the findings Ramble produces from it.

To run Ramble, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence, which we may pass on to the providers who help us run it, to host, copy, adapt, process, analyse and display your recordings and their findings, including to anyone you share a link with. You also let us use them to improve Ramble, including to train models developed and controlled by us, as described in the Privacy Policy, where you can read how to opt out. The licence ends when a recording is deleted, except that training already done can't be undone and information that has been de-identified may be kept.

You're responsible for what you record. You confirm that you have the right to record and upload it, and every permission the law requires, including from anyone whose voice or information it captures. Don't record passwords, payment details or other secrets. If someone brings a claim against us because of what you recorded or uploaded, you'll cover our reasonable costs.

Links: anyone with a ramble's link can view it, without signing in. Keep links private unless you mean to share them, and delete a ramble to take it down.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use Ramble to:

• break the law or infringe anyone's rights, including recording people without the consent the law requires;
• upload malware or harmful, abusive or sexually explicit content;
• disrupt, overload or get around the limits or security of Ramble;
• scrape Ramble, or use it to build a competing product or train a competing model.

We may remove content or suspend access that breaks these terms.

5. AI output

Findings, titles and other output are generated by AI. They can be wrong or incomplete. Check them before you act on them, and before you let a coding agent act on them.

6. Feedback

If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without owing you anything.

7. Suspension and ending

You can stop using Ramble at any time, and ask us to delete your data. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or to protect Ramble or others.

8. Disclaimers and liability

Ramble is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To that same extent, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, and our total liability for any claim about Ramble is limited to the greater of what you paid us for Ramble in the 12 months before the claim, or US$100.

9. Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts in Delaware. Before bringing a claim, contact us at hello@kiruna.ai so we can try to resolve it. Nothing in this section limits rights you have under the law of the country where you live that can't be waived by contract.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. We'll post them with a new date, and tell you on ramble.sh or in the app before a change that matters takes effect. Changes don't apply to the past. If you keep using Ramble after a change, the new terms apply.

11. General

If part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a term isn't a waiver. You can't transfer these terms; we may, for example as part of a merger or sale. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement about Ramble.
